Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure the highest quality product upon arrival. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to all states within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your shipping location.
Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@shanleyfarms.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the product for quality assurance purposes.
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.
Please allow 5-7 business days for any approved refunds to be processed.
